Transition from old to new food over a week


Applicable for both dog and cat formulas.If your pet is known to have a sensitive stomach, you may extend the transition period following steps 1 and 2.

HOW TO PREPARE

A quick and simple way to thaw

Cooking or microwaving is not recommended as it can affect the nutrient content of the formula

Thawed food can be stored in an airtight container in the chiller at 0–4°C for up to 36 hours.

Feeding Guideline

Handling & Storage:

Keep Frozen: Store meals at -18°C. Frozen meals can be kept for up to 1 year (refer to the best-before date on the label).

Thaw Safely: Defrost meals in the chiller overnight before serving. You can also defrost in some warm water for ~30minutes before feeding.

Portion & Store: Divide into daily meal portions and pack into sealed containers. Once thawed, refrigerate leftovers promptly.

 

Storage Duration:

Frozen: Up to 1 year (check best-before label).

Thawed: Can be kept in the fridge for 2-3 days.


Serving Instructions:

Serve at Room Temperature: For the best dining experience, serve food at room temperature / slightly cold.

Avoid Heating: Do not heat the food in a microwave or steamer to preserve its nutrient profile.
