We started The Bon Pet because we couldn't find food we actually wanted to feed our own furkids. Today there's a real kitchen at Pet Axis cooking every week, two WhatsApp communities (cats and dogs) that answer each other's questions faster than we can, and thousands of bowls going out across Singapore. You built this.

Our first topper - we're very excited for you to try it! Slow-simmered for 36 to 48 hours until it's rich in collagen and glycine, then packed the same way we pack everything else. Pour it over a meal for a fussy eater, or use it on a hot day when they'd rather drink than chew.

Not everyone wants to wait in for a delivery, so you can now collect your order yourself at three points across the island, at no charge. We'll WhatsApp you the moment it's packed and ready, and you pick it up when it suits you.

Nine recipes at nine different prices made choosing harder than it needed to be. So we've grouped them into three, by what each one is actually for.
Chicken and Pork. The daily bowl, priced to be the easiest way to feed fresh.
Beef and Duck. Richer proteins for variety, or for furkids who want a change.
Kangaroo and Salmon. Novel proteins, the ones we reach for with sensitive tummies.

We already publish every formula, gram by gram. Now we're publishing the money too: what each pack costs us, what we charge, and what's left over, right down to the 9-cent software fee. Nic and Yash take $0 salary, and everything left goes straight back into the food. We haven't seen another pet food brand here put this online.

Our Everyday recipes were losing money on every pack. Not a thin margin, an actual loss, covered out of our own pockets because we didn't want to raise prices on you. We can't keep doing that and keep making the food better. New prices start on 1 September. Here's exactly what's changing, and how to keep today's prices for a year past that.

A few things we're working on that aren't quite ready to announce properly. Consider this the early word.
We were losing money on every Everyday pack. Cat Chicken cost us $8.81 to make and deliver, and sold for $7.10. We covered that ourselves for months. To keep making this food and keep making it better, we had to close the gap.
1 September. Nothing changes before then, and if you're subscribed by 31 August the new prices don't reach you until 1 September 2027.
No. If you're on a subscription, your price is locked until 1 September 2027. We're not touching subscriber prices for a year.
Subscribe to any recipe before 1 September and today's prices are locked in for you until 1 September 2027. You can pause or cancel anytime, and the lock stays for as long as your subscription is active.
No. Cold-chain delivery stays exactly as it is: $9 under $80, $4 from $80, free from $150. And self-collection is free at all three points.
No. Same formulas, same sous vide at 80°C, same AAFCO All Life Stages certification, same human-grade ingredients. You can read every gram on our formulas page.
