Nic has two cats, Salt and Pepper. Yash has a dog, Lola. As software engineers with day jobs, we wanted to feed our furkids the best we could find. But every Singapore brand hid their ingredients behind marketing fluff. No transparency. No real answers.
We started cooking in our own kitchen on weekends, testing recipes on Salt, Pepper, and Lola until we got the nutrition right. Within months, we realised we were hooked. The work was meaningful. Our furkids were thriving. Friends started asking if they could buy packs from us. So we kept cooking.
The constraint was time. With full-time jobs, home cooking didn't scale. We spent entire nights in the kitchen, crashed on the floor at 6am, then dragged ourselves to the office. We knew there had to be a better way.
In 2024, we rented industrial-grade facilities at West Park Bizcentral on Pioneer Crescent. Same recipes. Same standards. Same commitment to never cooking anything we wouldn't feed Salt, Pepper, or Lola. We went all-in.
Today, we publish every ingredient, every ratio, every supplement openly in a public Google Sheet. No proprietary blends. No marketing spin. That's not a brand stunt. It's the only way we know how to do this right.
