About the food
Are your meals nutritionally complete?
Yes. Every recipe is formulated by a PhD pet nutritionist to AAFCO All Life Stages standards: complete and balanced for puppies, adult dogs and cats, pregnant or nursing pets, and seniors.
What ingredients do you use in your meals?
Restaurant-grade, human-quality ingredients: free-range chicken, responsibly sourced meats, fresh vegetables, and supplements only where needed. No artificial preservatives, fillers, or by-products. Every gram and ratio is published openly on our open formulas page.
Are your meals suitable for puppies and kittens?
Yes. AAFCO All Life Stages means the same recipe works for growing puppies, kittens, adults, and seniors. No need to switch foods as your pet grows.
What is the AAFCO Standard?
AAFCO (Association of American Feed Control Officials) sets nutritional guidelines for "complete and balanced" pet food across life stages. Every Bon Pet recipe meets or exceeds AAFCO standards. More on AAFCO.
Do you use supplements in your meals?
We rely primarily on whole, unprocessed ingredients to deliver essential nutrients naturally. Carefully selected supplements are added only where necessary to meet AAFCO minimums.
Are your meals grain-free?
Yes. Carbohydrates come from wholesome sources like sweet potato, pumpkin, or beetroot. No grains.
Delivery
How are your meals delivered?
Cold-chain delivery, frozen from our kitchen to your doorstep, via NinjaVan. Pick a 4-hour delivery window at checkout. Driver makes up to 3 attempts.
Do you deliver island-wide in Singapore?
Yes, across all of Singapore. Cold-chain delivery is FREE on orders over $100, $4 from $80, $9 below $80.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Yes. WhatsApp us at +65 9010 8515 at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery.
Storage & handling
How long can your meals be stored in the freezer?
Up to 1 year from the date of manufacture. Each pack is labelled with a "Best Before" date.
How should I store the meals once thawed?
In a sealed container in the fridge. Consume within 2-3 days. Never refreeze once thawed.
Can I cook or heat your meals?
No. Heating alters the nutrient profile and degrades taurine and heat-sensitive vitamins. Serve at room temperature, after thawing overnight in the fridge.
Feeding & transition
How do I transition my pet to The Bon Pet meals?
Gradual transition over 3-5 days, especially from kibble: 25/75 → 50/50 → 75/25 → 100% new. Monitor stool throughout. WhatsApp us for tailored advice.
My pet is a picky eater. Will they like your meals?
Most do. Meals are designed for high palatability. Try our free trial pack to let your pet sample options first.
Do you offer trial packs?
Yes. Free trial packs let your pet try Bon Pet before committing. $9 cold-chain delivery on the trial. Order a free dog trial or cat trial.
What if my pet doesn't like the food?
WhatsApp us at +65 9010 8515. We'll troubleshoot, suggest different proteins, and provide tips to encourage trying.
How do I know how much to feed my pet?

My pet has allergies. What should I do?
All meals are single-protein, minimising allergy risk. No artificial preservatives, colours, or fillers. If your pet has known allergies, WhatsApp us with details for a tailored plan.

Yes, any time. Log in to your account or WhatsApp us. No lock-ins, no penalties.
